By using our voice agent payment platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our Service.
Our platform allows businesses to:
* Route calls between free and premium voice agents
* Process payments for premium voice services
* Monitor usage and analytics
* Manage voice agent configurations
You are responsible for:
* Maintaining account security
* Providing accurate information
* Keeping credentials confidential
* Securing your SIP URIs and API keys
* Promptly reporting unauthorized access
* We retain a percentage of processed payments
* All platform fees are non-refundable
* Payment processing is handled through Stripe
* We do not store credit card information
* Payouts follow the schedule specified in your plan
You agree to:
Use the Service lawfully
Keep premium agent numbers confidential
Clearly disclose payment terms to your customers
Follow payment industry standards
Comply with all applicable laws
You may not use the Service for:
Illegal activities
Fraudulent transactions
Harassment or abuse
Unauthorized payment collection
Violation of third-party rights
We strive to maintain 99% uptime
We schedule maintenance during off-peak hours
Some system components rely on third-party providers
We are not liable for third-party service disruptions
We own all rights to our platform and technology
You own your business data and customer relationships
You grant us limited rights to process your data as needed for the Service
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
We use industry-standard security measures
Customer payment information is processed securely through Stripe
Either party may terminate with notice
You must cease using all APIs upon termination
Outstanding fees remain payable after termination
We may suspend service for violations of these terms
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous month or $500, whichever is less.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
